Shipping & Delivery

Standard product delivery is 4-6 weeks.

Custom Orders, including Display Models may take longer. Approximate delivery time will be stated upon time of model quotation.

If your product request is in stock or fulfilled earlier, it will be shipped upon completion.

Expediting of your order may be requested. Please contact us directly at models@tth.com or (440) 248-3025.

All shipments are FOB Solon, Ohio, USA. Standard Shipping carrier is through UPS (United Parcel Service.)

Shipping to FPO or APO addresses must be done by USPS and may take an additional 3-4 weeks from shipping to arrive.

The rate charged for shipment of your order is based upon the weight and size of your order as well as your location. You will be shown the shipping cost during the checkout procedure and you will have an opportunity to not place the order if you wish.

Order Tracking

An email will be sent to you once your order ships with the carrier tracking information. Please note that orders using USPS will not have tracking numbers.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Standard terms of sale are payment due to release shipment.

Credit Cards will not be charged until date product ships from our facility.

Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.

Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Bank Wire Transfer, Company Check and Personal Check may also be accepted upon prior approval.
